Design: Bacterial culture were grown from a single colony in MAG for 3.5 days at 30C and 200 rpm. Spontaneously produced phages were isolated and concentrated from the culture using FeCl3 flocculation method. Phage DNA was isolated and sequenced. Library was prepared using Nextera DNAFlex library kit
